I am a fully qualified HR professional with the designation of chartered FCIPD from the institute of personnel and development. Focused on providing individually-tailored HR services for small businesses, I pride myself on adhering to institute standards and professional code of conduct but always aim to keep things as simple and as practical as possible.
I understand the HR challenges that business face every single day. I will personally take the time to understand you, your business, your questions, your needs, your requirements and challenges. I am open and honest, with a strong commitment to helping my clients and their teams achieve their people goals and objectives. I have always believed in keeping things as simple and practical as possible. My role is to make your life easier and have a bit if fun at the same time!
I have over 20 years experience in providing real life HR advice and solutions. I have worked in large corporate businesses, SME, private equity and family owned. I have held roles from HR Manager to Divisional HR, Head of HR, Director of Engagement and internal communications and most recently HR Director. I have worked in large Corporate environments, Private Equity, Family run and SMEs across multiple different sectors including retail, hotels, hospitality, manufacturing, construction and technology.
Louise Wheatley
Louise is a fully qualified and experienced learning and development professional with a Masters in Business Administration, Bachelor of Commerce, Marketing and management. Louise has worked with competency development and assessment centres as an accredited assessor working across both the private and public sectors and more recently as a consultant specialising in practical and creative training on subjects such as bullying & harassment , discrimination, sexual misconduct and building respect in the work place. Louise is skilled and adept in both design and delivery of face to face or virtual training which best meets our clients needs.
Louise has joined HRMadeEasy as an Associate catering for all your learning and development needs. Louise has a very facilitative approach to training, with an engaging style that supports understanding and learning by exploring and adapting differences in learning styles. Louise understands the challenges that can arise when managing and developing employees and enjoys sharing her frontline knowledge and experiences to help enhance the total learning experience.
Louise has over 25 years experience within the training and HR environment working across a number of sectors and organisations of all sizes, including financial services, aviation, retail and consultancy. Her experience ranges from frontline through to the people strategic level and delivery to various group sizes from individual to larger groups of 25 plus. Louise has worked on a range of projects and contracts from multi-site, national delivery and smaller bespoke interventions.
Janine Owen
Since achieving her PGC in coaching from Lancaster University in 2007, Janine has had the amazing opportunity to be able to work globally supporting Individuals and Teams within businesses such as MARS, LEVI’s, JLR, JD Outdoors, Harrods, The Body Shop and many more with their development journeys. She takes great pride in seeing the growth and learning that stretches them to achieve their full potential.
Before changing her career to become a Coach 8 years ago, she had the great privilege of personally leading teams for over 20 years, winning awards for leadership within operational store based and field-based roles also leading specialist functions at senior levels. Janine is very passionate about great Leadership and Business Engagement – she believes they really do drive business results, and we agree! She had the honour of receiving the ‘Great place to work’ award from Gallop in Washington DC, for B&Q whilst she was Director of HR (they actually won the award 5 times!)
